Patient is wearing a Gelflex/ACL Bi Toric in Harmony Plus material, R 7.70/7.40 9.50 +0.75/-2.25

Fit and optics are fine, however the patient was getting nasal redness and slight nasal/temporal SPK.

Lenses were returned to Gelflex and the edge lift was increased by 0.20 to alleviate the problem
